We are urgently in need of good quality, re-usable furniture and other household items, and domestic electrical appliances. Please help us to help others. We will collect free of charge. Recycling First is enormously grateful to all our benefactors who have donated, and continue to donate items to our Project. We rely on the generosity of people so that we can continue to provide a service to disadvantaged people. Revenue generated from the sale of donated items is invested back into the organisation to help towards meeting Recycling First's aims and objectives. Your donation will help to ensure that Recycling First can continue to benefit the community and the environment.

Before you ring us there are a couple of things you need to check:
1) Soft furnishings such as beds, bed settees, suite, arm chairs and sofas must carry a label indicating that the item complies with the 1988 Fire Safety Regulations and be stain and damage free, if the label is not present we will be unable to take the item.
2) All drawers, cupboards etc should be emptied
3) All appliances should be disconnected.
4) Take a good look at the items you are thinking of donating," would you accept it", or is it beyond repair.
